The Postage and Packaging is automatically calculated by the Online Order System. The cost of carriage will be displayed in the shopping basket and re-calculated
every time an amendment is made to your order. The cost of carriage will
depend on the products you select and quantities in which you select them.
By Post We are honest enough to accept that we are not infallible and sometimes run out of stock or are in some way unable to process orders in time for rapid delivery, although this is unusual. If you need any further information concerning the delivery of your order
please do not hesitate to call us on 0208 532 8019. RETURNS OF FAULTY ITEMS All returns must have a Return Authorization Number . For return instructions send e-mail to cs@justusbooks.co.uk. We will be more than happy to accept books for return in any of the following cases: The book was found to be damaged or faulty. We will either replace the book or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you'd prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one. The book was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will of course be given. The book does not meet with your requirements. This is subject to the
following conditions: JUSTUSBOOKS Books should be returned to us by the most economical method. They remain
your property until we have received them. Returns will be subject to
20% processing fee. |
